OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Assisting in training and management of a staff of approximately 25 employees across varied departments including baking, retail sales, pizza production, packaging, cleaning, maintenance, and deliveries, with a strong focus on efficiency, adherence to company policies/procedures, and wellness within the workplace.
- Learning and maintaining operational proficiency in all areas of the business apart from bread and pastry production with the goal of assisting staff as needed and covering shifts in the event of staff absences.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including order taking and invoicing for wholesale accounts, coordinating internal daily production info, preparing bank deposits, placing and receiving orders from suppliers, and filing invoices.
- Overseeing recruitment for all business needs, including writing and placing job listings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Hands-on fulfillment of weekly shipping orders for wholesale and retail customers via UPS
- Assisting in marketing efforts by creating copy for radio and print advertising, coordinating production of signage, drafting customer correspondence, and proofing new packaging for products.
- Basic data entry in the form of food cost analysis spreadsheets
- Creating and updating internal procedural and training documents
This is a full-time position with some weekend hours required on an as needed basis. Previous experience in management of retail food production, food service, and retail food sales required. Additional hands-on experience in food preparation is a plus.

PACKAGING ASSOCIATE
Job responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Sorting, slicing and packaging breads and other bakery products for sale and distribution.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50#. Must be 18+ to use commercial bread slicer.
This can be a part-time or full-time position. Schedule flexible but shifts can be 3PM to 11PM (or later). Some over-time during busy periods may be available.
Hourly rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.

SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Job responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Sorting, picking, packing and labeling breads and other products for UPS shipments.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50#.
This is a part-time position of approx. 7-8 hours per week. Tuesdays from 8AM – 3PM. This position may be combined with any of our other available positions.
Hourly rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.

RETAIL STORE CLERK / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Job responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Assisting customers with selection and sale of our products. Maintaining a safe and clean storefront and work environment, warming products as needed (no cooking), restocking freezer/shelves, order taking (phone and online), maintaining open lines of communication with co-workers.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Must be 18+ to use commercial bread slicer.
This can be a part-time or full-time position with some flexibility in scheduling weekends necessary. Current open shifts include: Tuesday 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM, Wednesday 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Sunday 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
This is a tipped service position; $15.00 per hour + tips.

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE BREAD
Job responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Weighing, mixing, shaping and baking breads and pizza crusts.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50#.
This is ideally a 20-40 hour 4 day workweek Monday – Friday (Fridays required). Shifts vary (AM – Mid-Day – NIGHT) and as various jobs are done throughout the day your schedule would be set based on the work you are going to do.
