Kamut, also know as Khorosan, is an ancient wheat grain that has not been changed through modern agriculture. Kamut is grown on certified organic farms primarily in the Northern Great Plains of North America where the dry climate ensured the best quality and consistency. The kamut grain is three times the size of common wheat and ours is milled fresh in house just prior to baking for best flavor and nutrition.
